Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and educating clients on our products.
- Verify cash and check accuracy and ensure the daily drawer is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch financial goals.
- Assist with lobby management and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
- Monitor and secure cash supplies and currency, adhering to all security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree or banking experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
