Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Open new accounts and explain products and services to prospective clients.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment at all times.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or prior banking experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
