Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Open new accounts and assist in the sales of bank products such as CDs and credit cards.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet branch goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous banking or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
