Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records daily
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
