Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries and educating clients on banking products.
- Manage cash drawers and perform daily reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment compliant with all banking regulations.
- Assist with ATM maintenance and equipment handling as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and banking software.
