Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash checks and maintain accurate cash drawer balancing at the end of the shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, CDs, and loans.
- Assist customers with account opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to balance a cash drawer accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and credit check.
