Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet quarterly targets
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy within $5 variance daily
- Comply with BSA/AML regulations and bank security protocols
- Assist branch managers with new account openings and documentation
- Participate in quarterly mystery shopping evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Notary public certification preferred (training provided)
- Pass federal background check and credit verification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
