Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional service to meet their banking needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and resolving issues.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail banking preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
