- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and check cashing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
