Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to resolve inquiries and explain products.
- Manage the cash drawer efficiently, ensuring daily balancing and accurate reporting.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products and services to meet branch goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations (BSA/AML).
- Assist in branch operations during peak hours, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred (1 year minimum).
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
