Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell financial products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
