Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the daily financial operations of client accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and month-end close packages.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local regulations.
