Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial advice
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with audit protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) to meet sales targets
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and digital banking tools
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency highly desirable
