Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and offering personalized financial solutions
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset

- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
