Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain branch integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive rapport
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell appropriate services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and MS Office applications
