Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and speed including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve account inquiries and service requests with exceptional communication skills
- Cross-sell financial products while maintaining ethical sales practices
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to compliance protocols
- Operate branch technology including ATMs and digital banking platforms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen local relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
