Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by resolving customer inquiries and offering personalized financial solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Actively cross-sell banking products while identifying customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with zero discrepancies
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
