Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through problem-solving and relationship building
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while adhering to bank security protocols
- Promote bank products and services to meet cross-selling goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays
