Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and addressing concerns
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards
- Safeguard cash and confidential customer information following security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex services simply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit review
