Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service at the teller window.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products, such as credit cards, savings accounts, and mortgages, to meet branch targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing the lobby and maintaining a clean environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
