Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for AML, KYC, and security procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to enhance client relationships
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing and transaction records
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
