Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs and resolve inquiries.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and credit cards.
- Operate the ATM, manage the vault, and maintain strict adherence to branch security and compliance protocols.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer daily and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling experience or customer service background is highly preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn bank software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
