Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adhere to strict banking compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
