Responsibilities
- Execute Financial Transactions: Accurately process daily deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments for customers.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Product Promotion: Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce savings accounts, credit cards, and insurance products.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all bank security protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment during peak hours.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail banking or customer service is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with bank software and POS systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
