Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision using bank-provided equipment (cash handling, deposits, withdrawals)
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash and sensitive information
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve client inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with bank-provided digital tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math aptitude and problem-solving abilities
