Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using provided banking equipment
- Provide exceptional service while operating cash drawers, scanners, and transaction terminals
- Balance cash and maintain precise records using our digital reconciliation tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries using provided CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Adhere to all security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience with provided equipment
- Proficiency with digital transaction systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
