Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Audit time records and maintain payroll documentation
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with Ohio state tax regulations
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Detail-oriented with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills for payroll exception handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
