- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and digital platforms for account services
- Resolve inquiries utilizing bank-issued tablets and communication tools
- Uphold security protocols with provided biometric scanners and monitoring systems
- Cross-sell bank products using digital kiosks and marketing materials
- Balance daily transactions with bank-supplied verification software
- Maintain branch appearance with provided cleaning and maintenance tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling experience with bank-issued equipment
- Proficiency with digital banking tools (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail with provided transaction verification systems
- Excellent communication skills using bank-issued CRM platforms
- Ability to work with provided ergonomic teller stations and safety equipment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends (bank-provided scheduling tools)
- Basic math skills with calculator proficiency
