Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, scanners, and digital verification systems
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Uphold strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and daily reconciliation reports
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic office equipment (provided by bank)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary banking software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for potential branch travel)
