Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and products
- Cross-sell bank services (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Maintain cash drawer balances and audit compliance
- Operate banking equipment (provided) including scanners, terminals, and security systems
- Uphold strict security protocols for fraud prevention
- Contribute to branch performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking software (training provided)
- Exceptional communication & conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Nevada gaming or financial services license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Background check and fingerprinting required
