Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide accurate account information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate provided cash handling equipment and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
