Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service while resolving account inquiries
- Sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Operate provided banking equipment (terminals, scanners, etc.)
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with provided banking technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with basic banking regulations preferred
