Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using provided banking equipment
- Assist customers with account inquiries, loan applications, and financial products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Cross-sell bank services based on customer needs
- Participate in branch compliance audits and training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and provided equipment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Must pass background check and drug screening
