Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Operate bank-provided cash drawers and digital transaction terminals efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Uphold stringent security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records using bank-provided software systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with bank-provided digital transaction systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a secure, bank-provided equipment environment
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
