Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, scanners, security systems)
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve performance goals
- Uphold security standards and fraud prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with provided banking technology and equipment
