Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while adhering to strict security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and offering financial guidance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist with account openings, closures, and the onboarding of new clients.
- Uphold the bank's compliance policies and regulatory standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate standard office equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
