Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct audits and internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast budgets and improve financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
