Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Process payroll for employees with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in financial data.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently during night hours.
- Knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus.
