Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Deliver personalized financial solutions to diverse client needs
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Contribute to positive branch culture through teamwork and community engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fingerprinting and background check required
- TX Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
