Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Support branch operations by assisting with ATM maintenance and customer flow management
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal background check and bonding required
