Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, top-tier customer service.
- Cash checks and handle currency exchanges with strict attention to detail.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile bank statements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our financial products and services.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
