- Maintain cash drawer compliance and conduct daily audits per bank policies
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Support branch operations through account maintenance and documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
