Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking technology and software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous banking experience preferred
- NC Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
