Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business goals
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions to maintain operational integrity
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
- Proficiency in banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions securely
- Must pass background check and meet Teller Bonding requirements
