- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Assist with ATM operations and night depository services
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold rigorous security standards for customer data and assets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic FINRA Series 6 or 63 certification preferred
