Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and banking systems
