Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic fund transfers with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Provide superior customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual financial goals.
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and mobile app setup.
- Comply with all banking regulations, including KYC and AML policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Must successfully pass a background check and credit screening.
