- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer service to address inquiries and resolve banking needs
- Cross-sell financial products while maintaining regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Operate banking technology efficiently including ATMs and digital platforms
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve monthly sales targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, etc.)
