Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account issues promptly
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively promote bank services and cross-sell appropriate products
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and bonding required
- Previous banking experience highly valued
