Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial guidance to clients while recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records while adhering to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Support branch operations through account maintenance, check processing, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
